JJIMS Media On-Air Talent/Content Coaching Module. It begins and ends with talent. Whether your talent is veteran or up and coming, everyone benefits from Coaching. The full coaching module is designed to bring along the future stars, and help the veteran performers to find gears they don’t even know they have.
JJIMS Media Full Coaching Brand Director/Talent/Content Module. (Broadcast) Whether your BD or Manager is a veteran or up and coming, everyone benefits from Coaching. This module is designed to help create a “Coaching to Coach” environment. Strong Brand Directors focused on the right things have strong talent line-ups. Today’s BD is generally consumed with multitasking which can leave talent without the necessary ratings, content and generating attention. This module is about helping the Brand Director focus in on the right areas and grow within the new realities.
JJIMS Media Customized Talent Lab/Retreat Module (Not available in this non Covid time). Getting away as a team can be very focused, team and trust building, and rewarding. This is a workshop weekend where talent converges into lovely Prince Edward County in Ontario, Canada. Up front, we work together to customize this working weekend according to your talent needs. Talent sessions such as Improv, Compelling Content and Feature Brainstorming, Idea generation, Teambuilding, Coaching/Mentoring, Preparation techniques, Priority Management and more. There is also fun! Set on Lake Ontario, close to the fabulous Sandbanks Beaches, the weekend includes such bonding activities such as Kayaking, Boating, Swimming, and as this is “Wine Country”, Tours of the amazing local wineries. While more accented to the Broadcast Industry, the following program can be customized for any business in any field.
JJIMS Media Audio/Analysis Delivery Module (Broadcast) PD’s these days are multitasking continuously. On-Air Talent development can take a back seat. To do Airchecks properly it requires the time to isolate and analyze audio. The JJIMS Aircheck Module is a monthly delivery of audio, complete with comments and suggestions to help in terms of developing talent potential.

While JJIMS is a full Media/Management Consultancy, JJIMS primarily focuses on Talent/Content Coaching and Mentoring.
